Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchased items. If you need to return a product, please adhere to the following terms:


  1. Return Period
    • You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery (except for customized products and clearance items, see Clause 3 for details).
  2. Return Conditions
    • The product must be in a brand-new, unused condition with the original packaging intact (including labels, accessories, instructions, etc.);
    • The product must be free from damage, stains, or artificial wear;
    • The original order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
  3. Circumstances Where Returns Are Not Accepted
    • Customized products (those made to your specified size, pattern, etc.);
    • Clearance items and promotional items marked "non-returnable/non-exchangeable";
    • Personal care products (such as cosmetics, skincare products) after being opened (for hygiene reasons);
    • Products damaged due to improper use or storage.
  4. Return Process
    1. Send a return request to the email address BeautyAiIow@outlook.com, specifying the order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if there is a quality issue);
    2. We will review the request within 1-3 working days. Upon approval, we will provide the return address (405 N Logan Ave);
    3. You need to ship the product within 7 days of receiving the return address, and you will bear the shipping cost (unless the return is due to a quality problem with the product or our mistake, in which case we will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid label);
    4. After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original method (the time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the bank's processing).
  5. Refund Instructions
    • The refund amount is the actual amount paid for the product (excluding the original shipping fee, unless the return is due to our fault);
    • If the product was purchased using a discount code or during a promotion, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price.
  6. Exchange Policy
    If you need to exchange a product (e.g., due to size mismatch), please apply according to the return process. After we receive the returned product, we will send the replacement product as soon as possible (if stock is available). The shipping fee policy for exchanges is the same as for returns.
