Logistics Policy

1. Delivery Scope and Timeliness
Delivery Scope: Currently, we only support delivery within the United States and do not provide international delivery services (except for specially indicated products).
Delivery Timeliness:
After the order is confirmed and paid, we will complete the preparation and shipment within 1-3 working days.
After shipment, the delivery time varies depending on the delivery address, usually 8-15 working days (remote areas may take 1-3 additional working days).
The above timeliness is only an estimate, and the actual delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors such as weather, traffic, and holidays.
2. Order Processing and Shipment
Order Confirmation: After you complete the payment, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes order details and the estimated shipping time.
Shipment Notification: After the goods are shipped, we will send a shipment notification to your email, including the logistics tracking number and tracking link. You can check the delivery progress through this link.
Shipping Address: Our shipping address is 405 N Logan Ave (address for business and shipping within the United States).
3. Delivery Tracking
After shipment, you can check the real-time delivery status of the goods through the "Logistics Tracking" link in the order confirmation email.
You can also log in to our Shopify independent store (website: https://gzawdj-3z.com/), and check the detailed logistics information in "My Orders".
4. Address Modification and Delivery Cancellation
Address Modification: If you need to modify the delivery address, please contact us through the following methods before the order is shipped, and we will try our best to assist in adjusting it; once the goods are shipped, the address cannot be modified.
Delivery Cancellation: If you need to cancel the order before shipment, you can contact us to apply. After successful cancellation, it will be handled according to the refund policy; if you cancel the delivery after shipment, you need to bear the round-trip freight and related fees.
5. Handling of Delivery Issues
If you encounter problems such as delayed delivery, damaged packages, wrong delivery or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the problem, and we will verify the situation and provide solutions (such as reissuing, refunding, etc.).
If the package is returned due to incorrect recipient address or no one to sign for it, we will notify you to re-pay the freight to arrange for re-delivery, or process a refund for you (after deducting the original freight).
